Where do you work?
The South Bay — and only the South Bay. Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Torrance, El Segundo. Bob and Krista don't like to commute, and the work is better when we're 20 minutes from the job.
What's the smallest project you'll take?
A full bathroom is the smallest. Most of our work is bigger — kitchens, room additions, ADUs, and whole-home renovations. Bigger projects are where we shine.
Do you only do residential?
No. We do residential and commercial. We've worked in occupied churches and schools, and we know how to phase work around your operating schedule.
How does pricing work?
We offer cost-plus and fixed-fee depending on scope. The first conversation and the first walk are free. We won't put a number on your project until we understand it.
Will you be on the job, or are you sending a crew?
Both. Bob is on every site. Our crew is consistent — the same faces every day, not a parade of strangers.
