  • How long does an ADU take?

    Plan on 4–8 months from permit-ready drawings to keys, depending on size and city. Permitting itself can take 2–4 months in some South Bay cities.

  • Will the rental income cover the build?

    Sometimes. We'll model realistic build cost vs. realistic local rents before you commit so you're not guessing.

  • Do you do garage conversions?

    Yes. Garage and JADU conversions are often the fastest path to permitted square footage if the existing structure is sound.
