ADUs
Every ADU is a small house with all the same complexity. We've built detached, attached, and garage-conversion ADUs across the South Bay — and we're fluent in the local lot constraints, setbacks, and SB-9/SB-10 timelines that trip up out-of-town builders.

What we do
Scope you can expect.
- Detached new-construction ADUs
- Attached ADUs and second-units
- Garage and JADU conversions
- Permitting strategy for tight South Bay lots
- Coordinated design, structural, MEP, and finish
Our approach
How we run the job.
- 01
Feasibility first. Lot, setbacks, height, parking, utilities — before you commit.
- 02
Right-sized design. We'll push back if a layout will cost more than it's worth.
- 03
Permit strategy. We handle the city, you don't have to.
- 04
Build with the same crew that quoted you.

Frequently asked
Common questions.
How long does an ADU take?
Plan on 4–8 months from permit-ready drawings to keys, depending on size and city. Permitting itself can take 2–4 months in some South Bay cities.
Will the rental income cover the build?
Sometimes. We'll model realistic build cost vs. realistic local rents before you commit so you're not guessing.
Do you do garage conversions?
Yes. Garage and JADU conversions are often the fastest path to permitted square footage if the existing structure is sound.
